Thank you for you replies sorry I did not supply enough information. How ever did find a very sensible lady through a decent phone number and by creating a new account and transferring the data from my old account all is well. Previous to the lady I found a so called Norton Help line (08000127731) where what it really was a so called computer help assistant who on remote access said to fix my password problem would need to clean my computer but would cost me £94 on which note I terminated the remote access. Also on failing to log in 3 times got a mail asking me if I was human to which I replied to 3 Norton mail address's YES I was HUMAN and had been for nearly 80 years. I also never got a answer to why I could not access my account. I know my Mail address changed last week and the reason I was trying to access my account was to change my mail address. Gosh I feel better with that off my chest. Sorry for being so long winded.
