According to Twitter, the late Linda Bellingham is to be honoured on Christmas day with her oxo ad. Bless her.

I don't care - I shall watch it (a) as a farewell to Lynda and (b) because I reckon it's one of the best adverts ever - how to say a hell of lot 20 seconds. And yes, I shall probably shed a tear.

I think it's lovely. I hope that her family and friends find some comfort in knowing that a lot of people will watch it and think of her (and hopefully, them) on Christmas Day.

I always cry on Christmas Day, usually for lost loved ones, so I dare say I'll be teary.
