More and more offers are being made by stores that are not accurate. Which magazine has just completed an investigation into this,They noted a Special Pack of Body Spray/Products is £6.50 if bought separately £5.50.
I noticed a Tubes of well known(Parrot Grip) Denture Fixative 40g and 50g.
the 40g have been sold in place of 50g giving the impression in a reduction in price.
Have ABer's noticed this any similar OFFER's when they have been shopping.

Its a tough world out there, wagon wheels get smaller but the price goes up and two packets of digestive biscuits are cheaper than a twin pack selotaped together! Lets not get in to the price of Easter Eggs!

Tesco are the worst offenders ...well maybe not but there are some crackers here.

I always check the per litre/kg price now if appropriate :)

Tosco are terrible for for putting similar but wrong items on the shelf where there are special offer labels. I now scrutinise the barcode before I put any offers in my trolley.

Morrisons have had extra lean mince on offer buythree packets for £10 for ages. They used to be 500g pkt, then went down to 450g now gone down to 454g. Do they think we don't notice. When I mentioned it to the manager he just shrugged.

ummmmmmmmmm Confuse-us says Shop normally sells 50g @ £3.45 a Tube, Now Advertised as Special Offer £2.95 a Tube the Box is the same size but the Tube is 40g giving the impression that the price has been reduced only to find the Tube is 10g smaller .The following week when offer finished revert back to 50g tube .Clear ? I might have to re-think this if not.
