Inconsiderate Youths Part 2

Evening.
Well I took all your advice onboard and I would like to apologise for some of my comments.
I tried the bulldozer method and that worked a treat, even the the point I actually knocked someone over.
I also tried the 'stand there and wait' method and they did just walk around me then call me a gay boy.
I did the 'excuse me lads' and funnily enough they moved, however I didn't stop to ask them. This only happen 1 out of 3 times though.
So I suppose if you need to get to A to B really quickly just ignore them as they are ignoring you and keep on going. Watch out for the skittle effect though as you may need to do a bit of shoulder turning.
All in all I'm rather happy with the results and shall no longer be walking into the road and getting squished.

He translated it to us and said that the person did it to prove how easy it would be to assassinate the Czech president - this is why he only used a BB gun. He was actually stopped by a bystander and then the police arrived.
So basically the polite "escuse me" worked the best then?
Kids aren't an alien species, if treated with courtesy they will usually reciprocate. As I previously said, most kids, especially teens with their mates are oblivious of their surroundings and what appears to be ignorant to others is purely them not noticing it.

B00: It worked but only once out of 3 times. I agree with you, as I mentioned in my other thread.
I had a rather funny moment (well not that funny) yesterday where this man was crossing the road and I could tell he was going toward the betting shop (don't ask me how, 6th sense maybe) and I could see that we would collide with each other as I was walking across his diagonal line. I slowed down to allow him to cut across me but he must of also see me in the corner of his eye and decided to slow down. We did a weird little side step around each other and at the same time we both said "Sorry mate".
I'll probably just go back to avoiding people and just walking faster to make up for lost seconds crossing the road.
