Can You Record A Program From Your Skyplus Box

I have a program on my sky planner that i recorded a while ago, i would love to be able to transfer this onto dvd , i have a DVD recorder is it possible to do this can anyone tell me how please i would really appreciate any help or advice ,,thank you

I then set the DVD recorder "channel" so that it "saw" whatever was coming in on the scart lead (often the AV1 or AV2 channel or similar).
You can then "play" the program on the Sky box and with a blank DVD in the DVD recorder set that to "record".
It may take a bit of playing around to get it to work.
The important thing to remember is that you must set the DVD "channel" on the DVD recorder so that is "sees" what is coming in on the scart cable.
Only then will it record what is coming OUT of the Sky box.
