It's a long boring saga of lost orders, missed deliveries and reneged-on offers - "a shambles" hardly does it justice.
But eventually I got my new pants - which then turned out to be of abysmal quality and hopelessly inaccurate sizing (and before we get any amusing 'your *** must have grown' comments, I happened to have an unopened pack from a couple of years ago to compare - they were well made and a good fit).
I know the food side is quite good, but it's a while since I bought any clothing (of any sort) there and Hell will be freezing over before I try them again.

They were worse than pants, they seemed determined to fall down and I was getting worried that I would be arrested.
I now use Sloggi and Slimma knickers and am quite comfortable, but I am still an unfortunate shape!
