I believe all their prices are going up in January 2015?
I have always argued/discussed with them about price increases and generally walk away with a better deal. I suggest you give them a call on their freephone and select option 'I am thinking of leaving'.
AOG, what sort of a TV service do you get for that? I'm paying about £60 a month, and it's going up nearly a fiver next year, for phone, broadband, and TV.
are there any services you can drop? I pay for free evening calls, although I get this on my mobile contract, so that's one that I'm planning to drop this month. Last month I stopped paper bills, saving £1.50 per month. If at any time I fancy instigating divorce, I'll stop the sports subscription ;)
sounds like you've got a decent package there dannyk. I haven't been informed of any increase yet, but when i hear from them I shall certainly try + negotiate a better free phone call deal

I do not subscribe to a TV service, just broadband and unlimited phone calls.
TY, AOG.
The only channels we watch which aren't available on Freeview are Gold and Alibi. I'm starting to think that £30 a month to watch them is a bit much.
