Leaving During Maternity Leave

Does anyone know if I would be liable to pay my maternity pay back if I was to leave my current post during maternity leave to move to another NHS Trust?

which says you dont have to repay.
It is worth checking with RCN / Unison - for TUPE purposes change of NHS job is taken as continuous employment. ( so your first two years still attracts protection which it wouldnt if it were a new job )
