As a starter try this. Download, install and run Malwarebytes free

https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/

Opt out of the free trial full version whilst your installing it. Run the program so that it can update its definitions file.

Then re-start your pc into 'safe mode'. Once in 'safe mode' run Malwarebytes again and allow to perform a full scan and allow it to delete anything it finds. Re-start pc and report back here to see if it worked.
