Hi all, had a call from a Company in Brighton, would you like to enrol for a Call Blocker, £7, P/Month, Initial payment £84, we said we would think about it, 6 Unwanted calls after that phone call, has any one bought one of these Devises, are there Extra charges after the purchase Blocker Purchase Devise? what site did you purchase from & the price Please. tia

We're with TalkTalk and get call-blocking free.
Buying a call-blocking phone is a cheaper option, with no ongoing costs, and offers greater flexibility over the way that calls are blocked:

Irrespective of whether you've got any form of call-blocker, you should still be registered with TPS:

I have caller ID so can choose whether to answer or not. I would also be suspicious of the number of cold calls following the one from the Call blocker company. My friend has had a call from this or similar company and its always been followed by several cold callers which made her think that the company itself generated some of them.
Who (in their right minds) would go for call-blocking that involved ongoing monthly charges. See here for better options:
