2 Answers
What is the general stance on honey and veganism? Do some vegans eat honey and others not? Is there any kind of acceptably produced / collected honey that is ok to use in an otherwise vegan recipe?

However, vegans are human and individuals - so some may believe honey is acceptable.
The only reason to include honey in a recipe is for sweetness. Sugar will substitute quite nicely in most.
