What is your pet hate?. Mine is dirty people spitting in the street. I loathe it, especially when they do it just as i am walking past them so not only do i have to see it, but i have to hear it aswell. It makes my blood boil, and i believe,this filthy habit has increased the spread of TB in our country.

People who keep the inside of their motors clean by dropping all their rubbish out of the car windows/doors at the first avaliable opportunity, but the absolute 'pits' are the ones who tip the ashtray out on the street or at any parking point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My pet hate is rudeness, there's just no need for it.

I wish that people could spend a day with themselves so that they know what they're really like.

If people weren't rude, a lot of the afore mentioned problems wouldn't exist!

People who park inconsiderately - like taking up 2 car spaces for one vehicle, grrrrrrr. Parking is tight where I live but some residents insist on leaving *huge* gaps before and behind their vehicle, so I end up parking 3 streets away, more grrrrrs. Ah, that's better now.

I agree with the spitting, especially footballers etc, but what really gets me going is the fact that they show it in the TV highlights!! Edit it out!!!

It's bad enough seeing it during a live game, why would you waste valuable football time showing them spitting and clearing their nose during the highlights. Eurgh!!

Last year, I was standing talking to our daughter, when a young girl walked by, looked at us, promptly made an awful noise & spat on the pavement.

We both immediately looked the other way gagging & pretended we hadn't heard or seen her - but as she walked down the road, she kept turning round looking our way for a reaction - but she didn't get one!

It's bad enough hearing & seeing boys & men do it, but why on earth do girls & women do it?

Well i suggest all you people who don't like spitting never visit China! The people do it all the time, big back of the throat jobs. It's still quite funny when I hear this disgusting noise and turn round and its an old granny about 70 years old gobbing on the pavement!

The public spitting thing is disgusting especially when it follows hideous hacking from the back of the throat.

I also hate people sniffing really loudly especially on public transport - get a tissue for god's sake!

And people who walk right up to the front of the apron at the bus station then just get on the bus as soon as the driver opens his doors, completely ignoring every one else who has patiently queued up behind - I don't care that it's a double decker and we'll all get a seat, it's not the point!!
