There are 2 shoe repair shops near me that will put new soles on your shoes, but I do not know if they sell the DIY ones.

Timpson have got a branch (or often several branches) in most large towns. They've also got franchise outlets at some Tesco, Asda & Sainsbury's stores. Store finder here:
