MSN hotmail smiley faces

I've asked this in I&T but more people read this section. How can I get the smiley faces bit on the toolbar so I can add them to my hotmail emails?

do you all realise how long we have been on ab today? if they get paid according to the amount of time someone stays on here, i will surely make them the richest in the universe. i am on here for the past 6 hours.
