For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Ethandron - I have used half and half as I hade a bit of both to use up.i don't know the name of it (something like romanoff) but it's a green cauliflower with very tight spirals which has a nutty flavour, and I think that it would be lovely in this receipe. They sometimes have it in morrisons but it is quite hard to get hold of. Try it if you can find it x
Mine's a rehash too tonight.
Bacon pieces sweated off with red onion, couple of chillis thrown in and some sliced rooms, then cherry toms. Linguine the pasta choice for tonight and whack some frozen peas in just before I pull the pan to strain it. Add the mix and a tomato/marscapone sauce and serve.
