Which is the best 19" flatscreen monitor?

Can anyone recommend the best 19" flat screen monitor for my computer that's not too expensive. I don't use it for games ... just for surfing, email etc. Acer seem to be around the cheapest. Are they any good? My PC is Sony but their monitors are expensive.

Acer are generally good. I recently bought a Samsung SyncMaster 913v, which was not only the cheapest 19" I could find, but was also cheaper than a lot of other manufacturers' 17" models. But if you get one, whatever you do, don't install the software that comes with it. I tried it on two different machines and it completely screwed them. XP detects the monitor automatically and it works just fine without the supplied software.

I have just brought an ACER 19" Widescreen TFT 8MS monitor. I find it very good, but have a problem, where it keeps going blank, when I click the mouse.
