I believe she did some pioneering work in the field of child psychology. Would she be better regarded now than her father?

Saw Anna Freud at a lecture in Edinburgh back in the 60s. Tiny woman dressed in black, can't remember what she was educating us about!

The book is: Where three roads meet, by Sally Vickers. I had a look, couldn't find it, but the title just popped into my mind.
I once bought a copy for a friend to help pass the time on a flight to America. She e-mailed me when she arrived saying it had certainly done its job. She fell asleep reading it. Despite that, I think it a good interesting read.
