Norton Internet Security- Cannot Use Aol

I have just put norton security on my laptop now I cannot get onto AOL.
I have looked all over to find somewhere to allow AOL but cannot find how to sort it out. In fact even Google Chrome or Internet Explorer will not work either, so I am without the internet.
Can anyone help?
