Could It Be Appendicitis Or Wind Or Uti

I have had really painful wind for the last 4 hours with pain spasmodic lower right hand side however I am not off my food and not feeling or been sick but I am passing massives amount of wind and in quite a bit of pain taken paracetemol and diazepam no good I am wondering if it could be appendicitis. Also I have a hysterical fear of ever having a general so would hope that if it was the worst case they could do a spinal epidural. I also had a lot of pain when passing water this afternoon and I am going more frequently blood sugar is fine at 7.1 so its not my diabetes

Appendicitis caused me lots of pain for 36 hours! No Wind, no appetite just lots of pain. Followed by three weeks of more pain and discomfort... they ruptured just prior to removal!!!

You've eaten an awful lot of carbs and no fruit or veg. What you said you've eaten today would have given me terrible constipation/wind. I'd try resting your digestive system a bit with a fast

Good news the pain went away with windeze it was trapped wind. I had no idea that trapped wind could be so painful

Unlikely....extremely unlikely to be appendicitis.
I like your diagnosis of possible UTI.......a stone perhaps, although you have not desrcrbed the pain enough.
If it continues today a GP visit may be worth while.
