Does anyone know why Kindred Hospital in san diego dispite cancelling the nursing staff for over three months, slowly continues to hire new nurses??? And does anyone know why the hospital census has been less than half full for a long time now???

it may be that they are way over on their staffing budget and cannot afford agency or bank nurses yet have full/part time nurse vacancies, So therefore cancelling extra shfits frees up enough money to employ a full time nurse. Either that or they are complete b******** and don't care
