I heard that. I thought it was fireworks. If it stuck earth, wouldn`t there be a big crater somewhere?

I haven`t read anything about it TBH but I thought it was just heard over the UK and not near the Pacific.

237SJ: Also heard in Buffalo, USA. Thousands heard what they thought were fireworks but haven't reported it.
