It's a town, and, with a population of over 180,000, the fifth biggest town in Britain.

I thought that the Queen declared Milton Keynes as a city back in the 1980s, although I could be wrong.

I can answer this since i live about 20 miles away, it's a complete sh1t hole. That's what it is!!!

(But i do believe it is referred to as The New City)

Now now Will666. I can think of an even worse place than Milton Keynes. LUTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least M.K has a nice shopping centre and the Snow Dome is excellent. x
