Somebody recently mentioned that tea (traditional tea) is good for detoxing so long as it doesn't have milk in it. Is there any truth in this? I know that regular tea is nowhere near as good for you as, say, Green tea or fruit teas, but I'm curious as to how black tea can be detoxing but not tea with milk!

Hi champagne - tea is good for you. Loads of good choices at: http://www.cupoftea.uk.com/index.asp including Snow Bamboo, Jasmine Pearls, Keemun, High Tippy Yunan, Rose Tea with Petals - and a whole load of 'teas that are good for you' blends inc. herbal infusions.

Meant to add this as well: http://www.tea.co.uk/
