Just so I don't hi-jack slinky-kates thread I though i'd post this recipe here.

If you have spare time over the weekend....make it !
It's delicious, you truly won't be disappointed.It's tried and tested plus it's not expensive.Lush with curry, pate, cheese, bread...

I used tinned pineapple as opposed to fresh.
