In which Cumnock Church Cemetery is James Keir Hardie buried?

Hope this helps but not knowing my way around Glasgow church yards this may or may not make sense!!! You will find him buried at the Western Necropolis, Maryhill.

Thank you for your quick response. I have been searching the WWW for a photo or written description of his gravesite, but his history seems to have "buried" him in the pages of obscurity. Have you actually seen his grave in the Western Necropolis?

No I am afraid I have not. I have a book on famous graves (strange Xmas present some years ago). The only site I know that has inscriptions is the war graves commission and not knowing much about Kier Hardie I am not sure if he would be included.

An interesting Christmas present to be sure. James Keir Hardie was a social reformer (founder of the labour party), supporter of women's rights and a pacifist, so I'd guess War Graves won't help. I'll work through The Necropolis again. Thank you for the leg up.
