Strange Feeling Around Pee Hole

sorry for description didnt know what else to call it , started off with just an uncomfortable feeling in that area then started to go loo a lot more frequent although not always peeing a lot , first thought was cystitis but my pee isnt burning me, no sign of blood , had a slight back ache , went to walk in centre couple days later as it was getting really uncomfortable as it was a saturday couldnt go gp, took sample of pee was told very slight infection he looked like he was struggling to match that up on dip stick, given 3 day course of trimethoprim which didnt change anything so made appointment with gp , took another sample of pee she said no sign of infection felt my stomach found nothing , so not sure what it is sending me for a scan , she did mention urge incontinance ! anyone on here any ideas or opinions
