Does any one know where to buy ginger wine essence ?
I know you can get it at the co op but they only stock it for 4 weeks before Christmas and it normally doesn't stay one the shelves that long

I used ginger wine essence for many years but "Rochester" ginger wine, from Holland and Barrett, is good and saves you the labour. They offer a free tasting. My local outlet sells three bottles for £10.
