Kill it. One can use fumigants to gas it, traps to kill it directly, a cat....anything really. Or if you are more tender hearted...moles dig to the surface at about 3am-6am. Wait up in the dark, and as soon as he shoves his furry snout above the surface pick him up (strong gauntlets...they have teeth and claws) and transplant him to your mother-in laws lawn.
