Christmas Treat

Granddaughter and I spent the afternoon watching a live streaming of The Nutcracker from Moscow by the Bolshoi Ballet. What a lovely way to spend the Sunday before Christmas.

Not my favourite tale, but it has reminded me that I've not been to see a ballet for ages. Now I think of it, neither film, play, nor concert either. I must try to get out more.

I can recommend the English National Ballet`s Nutcracker. We saw it a couple of years ago and it was fantastic. They do it every year and the ENB at the Coliseum is a lot cheaper than the Royal Ballet.
