Leg Pain
7 Answers
I travel a lot by bus but recently after about 20 minutes I get a pain down my left leg but never in the right one. As soon as I stand up it completely disappears. What do you think is the cause? x

By your "left leg" you mean, the whole length of your leg, the upper part or just the lower part. The front of the leg or the back of the leg.
Doesn't sound a big deal to me and if you are thinking of a venous blood clot........very, very, unlikely.

Thank you for the additional information and i must presume that you get this pain at other times when sitting.
.\\\\Could it be a trapped nerve do you think? \\\
I think that your suggestion is spot on......the nerve emanating from the spine.
Monitor the pain with painkillers over the next few weeks and if it is getting worse, then dee your GP as an MRI of your spine would be helpful.
