Flour, oil, salt. Erm, that's it.
Preheat an oven, preferably yours, to as hot as possible and place the cooking surfaces you're going to use in the oven; pizza stones are best but big-ass baking trays will do.
Place the flour (I usually work on 150-200g for a roughly 10" pizza. Bung it in a food processor on slow mix with the salt and mix while you drizzle in the olive oil. You'll end up with a silky dough. Dust a working surface with flour and flatten to the desired thickness and shape. Resist the temptation to do the finger-spinny-thingy beloved of professional pizza chefs because you aren't a professional pizza chef. Add topping(s), then slap on the sizzling hot sheet and, as fast as your legs will carry you, bung it back in the oven. Your pizza is done when the topping is melty and the pizza edges look crispy and golden. It cooks quickly so pre-cook anything that might be dodgy as a topping, specifically chicken.
