that sounds like Linda Barker and I don't think it is. I'm guessing it was Holby or Casualty???

I think you're thinking of Lisa Faulkner who played Victoria in Holby City, and was also once in Brookside. The woman in the ad looks very similar to her, but I don't think it is actually Lisa.
