Bruce Forsyth apparently will be having an open coffin funeral at his own request. His family have agreed that it would be nice to see him.

Never can emulate the originals, who can sing like Dean Martin, who can do slapstick like Norman, Jamie Cullen was good! Bruce still a showman but should bow gracefully!

Couldn't get to the remote quickly enough when I saw it was Bruce. There's been so much cheese on over Christmas I couldn't stand another portion.

the forsyth saga goes on and on well he did say he was leaving that horrible dancing show to do other things this was it

I only saw the Ben Miller sketch, which was so dire I couldn't believe it was him.
I then saw a tiny bit of Jason Manford, which was even worse, but I don't like him anyway, so was more than ready to switch off then.

Why did Jason Manford think that singing badly deliberately for comic effect was in any way comparable to Dawson's "bad" piano-playing?

I never saw it. I saw the trailer for it and that was more than enough to tell me NOT to watch it. Poor old Brucie died YEARS ago, he just hasn't the sense to acknowledge it.

I never saw the programme but did Brucie mention that he worked with Sammy Davis Jr.? He's always mentioning him in every interview he does.
The old boy should just retire now and let us remember him for hosting the Generation Game and Play Your Cards Right.

It was worse than awful. So much better to have shown a programme with the guests heroes ,although Mike Yarwood was never a great impressionist as all his impressions had a Yorkshire accent. A truly terrible show. It was impossible to find the wallpaper sketch funny. It was simply cringeworthy
