Hi I got 12 month comunity work with 60 hours unpaid work, 9 month supervision order plus £145 fine and restraining order for sending text to my x girlfriend. So can you tell me what is the mean of 12 month comunity work with 60 hours unpaid work? Is that I have to do 60 hours in 12 months or something eles?
And if I do 60 hours with in 10 days then it willbe ok?

Second question: for the supervision order how it's work in uk?
Because I m international student in uk holding student visa, can they consider my supervision order if I wanna go back my country permanantly.
Or I have to stay 9 month for that?

Third question they said court fee and surcharge but I see on paper mention fine £145

4th question : restraining order until my girl friend withdraw that from court and if she don't know how she will take back restraing order from Wimbledon court.

Plz advise me what I should do because I have to go back my country as soon as I can.

The first and second parts have already been answered in detail on your original threads, mamun - why post them again?

You have already been told about going home and what will happen if you don't complete your sentence.

Why would your ex girlfriend want to withdraw the restraining order?
The first two questions have been answered in great detail so I'm not sure why you've included them again. It just gets confusing to have 2 threads on the same thing
In case anyone's missed it, here is the first one http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Law/Question1390138.html
Thanks boxtops. There was another one too that some may have answered but it was removed, presumably because it was a duplicate
Yes, please don't post the same thing in a different section as it confuses matters and wastes people's time.

The £145 you have been ordered to pay would be a £60 Victim Surcharge and £85 towards prosecution costs.
Your girlfriend is no longer your girlfriend, as the court case and restraining order show.
Until you accept that, you are never going to resolve this.
Stop contacting her.
