No, unfortunately not at this moment in time.
Apparently the problem is this: TV shows are contracted to be broadcasted and then put into syndication for however long they decide to at the time. No release or home video can be made until this syndication contracted time is up. (this could be anywhere like 5 or even more years). You may say, "But wait, 'Friends' is being released even when they still record episodes" - chances are that they have a very different contract with their broadcaster for release of home video, and the likes.
