Ipad Logging Out Of Email

As you may know I am not very technical so please be patient with me.

For the past few days I have been having trouble viewing my emails on my Apple iPad.

Sometimes it won't go into email at all, other times it will return to the home page as and when it feels like it.

Any help, suggestions really appreciated.

Do you use Apple's Mail app?

Not very tech but sometimes if you switch your iPad off then on it has resolved my problem at times . Hope this helps .

Wendilla, yes I have tried that and sometimes it does go in, but then logs out again. Jomlett, I just press the mail icon on the home page is that what you mean? Sorry I'm blonde! LOL!

I would visit or contact an Apple Store and make an appointment at the Genius Bar. Very helpful. I had a problem last week after updating my 3 year old ipad. Sorted within 15 mins and also more tips gained in understanding.

Possibly got too many apps open, double click the home button and swipe up all the running apps and then try mail again.

Did you hold the power button and then slide to power off? And the restart.

Thanks for all your suggestions, I have tried holding the power off and home buttons down and then reseting, seems ok at the mo (fingers crossed).
