An A/C system has its own air flow per m/3 per hour. If you are trying to calculate room air flow required then take the m2 and multiply by 0.15 (estimated at 150W per m2) if duty is required greater than that due to higher sensible heating try a larger W per m2 figure, i.e. .2 or .3 . or try the calculator at this site.
