They seem to be incapable of understanding the devastation Nick Clegg has released upon them and the way they are now scorned by what is (from what I can glean) the vast majority of the electorate.
Yes, the Lib Dems were the "none of the above" party, helped by the silly TV debates which made him look like a real politician

They promised anything to anyone, knowing they would never have to keep their promises - until Clegg's tuition fee promise blew up in his face.

UKIP has taken their niche - no real policies, no experience of government, making promises on the hoof. Heaven help us if Farrago gets any real power..

As for Millipede the trade union puppet, he's even more comical.

They may well understand it, at least to some extent, but defeatism won't work either. For the next few months they have little choice but to act as if they might still have something useful to offer the country. I use "still" in the broadest possible sense, of course...

(Actually, I think they have played their part, not least in the raising of the tax threshold.)
I think we already know that the LibDems are political rent boys without Hughes advertising it.
I think that the only Limpet Dems would be able to stay in politics, by clinging on to another more sucessful party and trying to bring them down at the same time.
I am missing out words.^^.......The only way the Limpet Dems....
It doesn't matter for which party you vote... you still end up with "the government".. and there's no such thing as a good one, only varying degrees of bad and useless.
