On 14th December I contacted my mobile phone company, EE T-mobile, as I wanted to change to pay as you go and also change to 3. I had to pay around £20 to unlock my phone (money hasn't been taken from my account even though I filled in the online form) and I was assured it would take 10 days and they would text me what to do. It is now 29th and they haven't been in touch at all. Has anyone else had problems like this with EE?

you could have got that unlocked at market stall that has mobile stuff, on these Asian lads know everything about mobiles, and would have done it half the price
If your network provider is not providing enough support in unlocking your cell phone, you can try to unlock your cell phone through any private network. There are many private vendors online providing unlock code. You can get it through them. Once you have received the unlock code you can visit http://www.mobileunlockguide.com/ this site provides free unlocking guide.
