How do I delete items in a folder

I am having rouble deleting items in my folder c:\Documents and Settings\Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files. If I right click and delete they dont disappear. How can I get rid of them? Thanks

Run Internet Explorer
From the menu select Tools/Internet Options
On the General tab,click the button "Delete Files"
Optionally, click the button "Delete Cookies", but if you do this, you will find that sites which previously remembered you (e.g. AB) wil no longer do so.

Sorry, just remembered - you will need to login to Windows with the user name that matches <Name> in the path you described in your question.

run windows in safe mode and log onto an administrative account then go to start> run. type in c:\Documents and Settings\Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files and delete the files you want to delete. then restart your computer and thy will be deleted
