Name of evil Witch Puppet?

What was the childrens' TV program where there was an evil witch who was one of the head-baddies? it was set in space, i.e. space ships etc. She had some kind of metal centipete over one eye, which i think had a red light on it. So she only had one eye that looked normal. This is not 'zelda' from the program terrahawks, as i've looked up pictures on Zelda and i dont think its her. But i could be wrong as the photos i've seen may have been not of Zelda. I think all the characters in the program were puppets. If you know the name of this witch character as well as the program, that would be great. thanks.

I think it was called Star Fleet. I remember it well but I cannot remember the name you want. Loved the end song titles as well. It was a puppet series screened originally on a Saturday morning.
