Way back, during the war (2nd), When visiting an aunt in London, she always had a plate of goodies on the table to greet us...as I remember, a large plate, covered with, I think, cold broad beans, covered with some spicey ingredients and perhaps some olive oil. My aunt was of Jewish origin, does anyone know of a recipe that suits my memory. This dish was so very tasty and was soon devoured with the help of brothers and sister. I have looked a Farva bean recipes, but none seem to be similar. Would appreciate some help.
