So in your fantasy world full of super white men, then not employing stupid women and dumb blacks would be an advantage.
In the real tech industry in todays USA, the tech companies that have the most diverse employees are the most successful, while those with the most white males, don't do as well.

It's clearly not discriminatory if you can prove in each case that the best person was hired for the job, and if this leads to a workforce entirely composed of white middle-class men then so be it.
This is, however, a highly unrealistic scenario, and companies whose workforce is not statistically reflective of a diverse population are extremely likely to have discriminated in their recruitment policy. Either that, or at some point lower down the chain there has been discrimination of some form or other that leads to people who aren't middle-class white men being disadvantaged and not, therefore, having the necessary qualifications, skills and experience.
One way or another, a company that isn't statistically diverse is a sign of discrimination, and should be viewed as such.
