Is it normal to feel hyper on Ranitidine? I am taking 150mg twice a day and since I started taking them I feel really wired and at night I struggle to go to sleep

Never hear of that one, although the insomnia is not incommon.

Persevere for the next 4 or 5 days.

I never experienced this but we all react in different ways. You'd be surprised some of the side effects Ive had from prescribed drugs.
