Hp Officejet 4620 Printer Offline

Hi my printer is offline and I have done everything I can think of. Looked at the HP site etc but it's still not working.
Anyone know how to get it back online without my having to delete it and re-installing it?

Have you tried consulting the Doctor.?

The HP Print and Scan Doctor will check-out your Printer and can often fix problems with a click of the mouse. I have mentioned this a number of times in Answerbank and am yet to be told that it hasn't worked.
