i cant remember what its called but my bf uses it just go to the mens section in boots and im sure you will be able to see it. i dont think its that expensive either.
good luck.
or another tip is to use normal hair conditioner on you face instead of foam this also makes the hairs easier to grip.
another tip never ever use soap to shave with it doesnt grip the hairs and leaves you face dry>
King of Shaves Sensitive Gel, the green one.
Gillette Mach 3 Turbo Blades.
Plenty of hot water on the beard after washing the face with a face scrub.
50p sized gel smoothed into the face.
Shave down the face, even below the jaw/chin.
Repeat for a very close shave.
Moisturise with Clinique M lotion. Expensive, but does the job and never gives me zits.

niveia (speilling?) gel, one of those mulitbladed razors (no disposable ones) - foam and shave down ones then refoam and shave up (very carefully) for a really close shave. also always do the neck last as this is the roughest bit and the longer the gel / foam is on the better the shave + less likely you are to cut yourself
Why don't you try getting laser hair removal treatments? It hurts like hell but will thin out the growth. I got my legs done (I'm not a guy) and it cost me about 130. It is permanent.
Mind you - guys are wimps. The pain would probably be too much for you.
Beauty salons in your area may be able to help.
Preparation is the key -
run the water as hot as you can stand it, then soak a flannel and ring it out a couple of times. Saturate it again, and take a breath, and hold it tightly olver your face, pressing as much to your skin as you can, including under your nose, hence the breath. Repeat.
Now rub your foam / gel of choice in throughly, massage for at least a minute.
Shave downwards at all times, using long slow strokes. Rinse blade after each stroke. Tidy up missed bits with short strokes, do not press on, let the blade do the work.
If still stubbly, repeat.
Rinse facce with tepid water and pat, do not rub, dry.
Use a good moisturiser, do not put cologne or aftershave on face. If you want to smell god, rub it into your forehead, and a little dab on each jawbone under your ears will have the same effect, and won't damage your noewly sensitive skin.
