I think it's Juliet Bravo for the JLS.
Juliet Bravo is the call sign for JB and one of teh members of JLS is known as JB

Yes, the answer suddenly came to me in the middle of the night when I woke up and started thinking about the police call signs to help me get back to sleep. I hope mrs factor-fiction didn't hear me saying "Juliet, bravo" in my sleep
