I can see why there is mixed opinion as it is different in texture and taste to a beef steak. Very lean and slightly sweet.
I cooked ours for 3-4 mins on both sides and this gave a medium/medium well result (reasonably pink) which was perfect for me.
Had with sweet potato, broccoli and green beans. Could think of more imaginative sides but we are dieting at the moment.
All in all I liked it but will never replace a good fillet steak in our house. Would have again though, maybe once every couple of months.
In terms of nutrition, high protein and iron content, low fat.
