Pixie Bob Cats.

Has anybody on here got a pixie bob cat ? If so could you give some info. re: cost, general characteristics, etc.

I have never heard of this particular breed before. My two are moggies.

That's interesting, From reading that it sounds like breeding them or supporting the breeding of them by buying them, is not a good idea at all!

We are thinking of getting a kitten, but just wanted to get some more info. on the breed before we actually buy a pixie bob.

Why on Earth would you want to encourage the breeding of deformed animals by buying one?

I don't think that it is officially a breed. I was speaking to a friend today who has heard that they are not healthy cats in general.

I really wouldn't like you to pay money for a kitten that may cost you a fortune in vets bills.

Whatever you decide to do I wish you and your new master well.

If you want a cat or kitten, then please consider a rescue, loads of lovely animals just waiting for homes.
