If the cameras have been stored in a cool place the film is probably still good for many months yet. (If it's not, there will be a colour cast on the images but a good processing house should be able to get rid of most of it during routine processing and any remaining cast could probably be dealt with reasonably well by scanning the prints and running the resultant files through photo enhancement software).
However, given how cheap digital cameras now are, it might be time to forget about expensive film processing and buy a cheap digital camera anyway.
